1. Overview

Report2Doctor charges ₹25 per blood report analysis. Since the service delivers instant AI-generated results upon payment, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment in the following cases:

• Payment was charged but no analysis was delivered due to a technical error
• The uploaded report could not be processed and no results were generated
• Duplicate payment was charged for the same report

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@report2doctor.com with your payment ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not available if:

• The analysis was successfully delivered
• The user disagrees with the health scores, since these are AI-generated informational insights and not medical diagnoses
